Fall’s Most Wanted | Black Boots

Fall is finally almost upon us and one of fall’s most wanted staples this year (and every year really, right?!) is a great pair of little black booties. For me, I look for something that won’t break the bank – especially these days with a little babe on the way. And something that will be versatile. I want to know if I can wear these booties with black skinny jeans, cut off shorts, little dresses, blue jeans, and more? If the answer is yes I know I am on the right track. Another thing I personally look for is comfort. I tend to go for more of a Chelsea Boot which usually is designed with a lower heel so that I can wear them all day long and multiple days in a row without having to bandage up my feet afterwards. I’ve done the leg work and narrowed down the best options in stores right now. Click below to shop!

Pink Blush Giveaway

Happy Monday! This week is kind of a fresh start for me. As some of you may know I work a 9-5 job during the week and am starting a new team with new hours – working 6am – 3pm! Eeek! Yes, it is going to take just a little getting used to, but I figure with our upcoming new addition it will be nice to be able to get off work early to go home and spend time with him.

In more exciting news I have partnered with Pink BlushMaternity to give one of my lucky readers a $75 gift card for their online shop! They have THE cutest maternity clothes, I am seriously obsessed. I received this dress about a week and a half ago and have already worn it more times than I would like to admit! And, even better – they are actually affordable. I don’t mind spending a little bit more money on something that is quality but sometimes the prices of maternity clothes really surprise me. I mean, if you are only planning on wearing it for a few months it is hard to justify spending LOADS of cash on one item!

Nursery Inspiration

It's about that time! I am finally starting to pick out the pieces I want to include in the nursery - only 4 months until our little bundle of joy arrives, and I am getting more excited by the minute! I decided I wanted to do something clean, bright, and of course - white. Something where our little man can rest in peace and who am I kidding?! Somewhere I enjoy to be as well! I am really not into creating a "theme" for the nursery but if I had to choose I would say simple modern with a touch of rustic. I am planning on doing white furniture with gray bedding and pops of blue throughout. Shop my collage above or some of my other favorite nursery pieces below!

Flowy

Loving flowy tops lately! Ha, I seriously always have but now even more that I am pregnant. Somedays I love showing off the bump in a snug fitting dress or top and other days I love the look of a flowy top or dress. This top is perfect for me because it is non-maternity so I will be able to wear it during my pregnancy as well as after!

Today marks 23 weeks pregnant! I can't believe it - I am more than halfway there! It is so surreal to think we will have a new family member in less than 4 months! I am starting to plan and decorate his nursery which has been so exciting! Just so many things to do still! Hope you all have a lovely week!

The cutest Pink Door snapped in Notting Hill, London

We got back from London last week and I already missing it so much! There was seriously SO much to do and see there. I thought I would get bored after a week and want to go somewhere new but there are just so many amazing areas to explore. One of my favorite things to do was to walk around and explore the different neighborhoods and see all of the amazing architecture that the city has to offer. Scroll through to check out some pictures I snapped while there!
